Kathleen S, Thank you for last weeks and this weeks message. It's hard to hear that popes considered other human beings less and to sanction slaughter in the name of God. But it's important to acknowledge it all and use the knowledge to better understand how this dehumanization continues in the name of profit as fossil fuel companies negatively affect poor communities and Mother Earth. At least the popes have moved beyond this thinking. Now we need to push the fossil fuel companies to do the same. Kathleen M
Pope Francis' two latest encyclicals on the climate crisis are so filled with love, real love, they prove what my 14 year old grandson told me to remember: the evils committed by the Church were committed by evil men, and not by God who remains the source of all love!! On to the fossil fuel companies!! Evil men one and all.
Thank you, dear Kathleen. I really needed this today.
May the light find your heart this morning and fill it with squirrel glee.
Thanks for this...to start the morning!
Lovely, Kathleen....
